Growing up, my favorite holiday tradition was the tin full of homemade caramel I would get on Christmas day from my grandmother, Mem. 

 

Every year, she would spend weeks cooking, cutting, wrapping, and packaging caramel for our entire family - and for most of the town.

Everyone loved these treats. So when she passed I decided to continue the tradition of sharing delicious, homemade caramel.
